Corporate & Financial Compliance
We are a legally registered and fully compliant Indonesian entity, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our business dealings.
- Legal Entity: Juara Holding Group is registered as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), the Indonesian equivalent of a limited liability company, under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid, current Tourism Business License issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to operate as a tour and travel agency.
- Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer with a valid NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), fulfilling all our fiscal obligations to the Indonesian government.
- Employee Welfare: All our employees and associated crew members are legally registered and covered by Indonesia’s mandatory social security programs: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (for employment, accident, and pension benefits) and BPJS Kesehatan (for comprehensive health coverage).
Maritime Safety & Vessel Compliance

- Indonesian Flag & Class Compliance: All vessels are Indonesian-flagged and comply with all regulations set forth by the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Directorate General of Sea Transportation). This includes regular inspections and certifications.
- Port Authority (KSOP) Clearance: Before every voyage, each vessel obtains the necessary port clearance (Surat Persetujuan Berlayar – SPB) from the local harbor master’s office (Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan), confirming its seaworthiness.
- SOLAS & STCW Standards: While phinisis fall under a specific class, we require our partners to equip their vessels with safety equipment (life rafts, EPIRBs, fire suppression systems, VHF/SSB radios) that aligns with the principles of the international SOLAS convention. All crew members hold the necessary STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certifications for their roles.
- ISO 9001 Aspiration: As part of our commitment to quality management, Juara Holding Group is actively working towards ISO 9001 certification to formalize our quality control and safety management systems.

- IATA Accreditation: Our IATA (International Air Transport Association) credentials ensure that all flight ticketing is handled professionally and in full compliance with international aviation standards.
- Aviation Partnerships: Our partnership with Garuda Indonesia and other carriers ensures streamlined logistics and adherence to all domestic air travel regulations managed by AirNav Indonesia.
- Emergency Response Protocol (ERP): We have a detailed ERP in place for all charters, including 24/7 shore-side support and established relationships with international medical evacuation providers.
- GPS Tracking: All ground transportation vehicles used for our clients’ transfers are equipped with GPS tracking for enhanced security and monitoring.
